Post-Construction Cleaning is available in five levels. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is included as Level 4 when a newly built or renovated space also needs a full occupancy or handover reset.

4. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

For newly built or renovated spaces requiring a complete move-in, move-out, owner handover, tenant handover or occupancy reset
Best results when construction is complete and the space is vacant or mostly empty
Bedrooms, living areas, offices, reception, commercial areas, hallways and accessible storage spaces detailed as applicable
All accessible floors vacuumed/swept/mopped including edges and corners

Post-Construction Handover Support: Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning can be combined with post-construction cleaning to prepare a completed space for occupancy or inspection. Final builder, landlord, property-manager, lease, deposit or inspection decisions remain outside Uncle Cleaner’s control and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Pro Deep Cleaning

Everything generally included in Deep Cleaning
Maximum-detail construction dust removal from reachable surfaces and difficult areas
Extreme accumulated construction dust and grime treatment where safe and practical
High-detail baseboards, doors, frames, fixtures, edges, corners, kitchens and washrooms
Detailed interior windows, glass and tracks where safely reachable
Steamer use where appropriate, safe and compatible with the surface
Light construction residue treated more intensively on a best-effort basis
Mat/rug scrubbing or washing is not included unless separately booked
Permanent damage, unfinished surfaces, scratches, paint damage, etching, cured adhesive or material deterioration cannot be guaranteed to be restored

Post-Construction Cleaning Conditions: Active construction must be complete in the booked cleaning area before final cleaning. The area must be safe for cleaners to enter. Contractors, tools and active trades should be removed from the immediate cleaning zone where practical. Fresh paint, uncured caulking, grout, sealants and newly installed surfaces may require additional curing time before they can be safely cleaned.

Not Standard Inclusions: Heavy construction debris hauling, hazardous dust/materials, asbestos, lead contamination, biohazards, sharp construction waste, major paint/adhesive/cement/grout removal, exterior/high-rise windows, pressure washing, floor restoration, carpet extraction, upholstery cleaning, industrial machinery cleaning, mould remediation, repairs and restoration are not standard inclusions unless separately assessed and arranged.
