Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key, entry code or other approved access arrangement. If you plan to remain at home, we simply ask that you give our cleaning professionals enough space to work efficiently.

For most cleaning services, you can choose either Cleaner With Supplies or Cleaner Only / Customer Provides Supplies & Equipment, where available. If you select the cleaner-supplies option, the cleaner brings the required cleaning supplies and equipment. If you select Cleaner Only, you provide the cleaning supplies and equipment required for the service.

Your property will be serviced by professional cleaners. Uncle Cleaner uses background-checked cleaners, and Uncle Cleaner Ltd. is insured and bonded. For recurring services, we strive to provide the same cleaner or team whenever scheduling allows.

Absolutely! We are happy to clean homes with pets. Please let us know about any off-limits areas and whether your pet may try to escape when doors are opened.

This depends on the option selected when booking. If you choose Cleaner With Supplies, the cleaner brings the required supplies and equipment. If you choose Cleaner Only / Customer Provides Supplies & Equipment, please have the required cleaning supplies and equipment available. We also recommend securing valuable or delicate personal items and sharing any special instructions beforehand.

Yes. The Hourly Cleaner option offers Light Duty Cleaning at $27 per cleaner per hour and Heavy Duty Cleaning at $29 per cleaner per hour. The minimum booking is 4 hours per cleaner, and the customer provides all cleaning supplies and equipment. Hourly Cleaner service does not include a completion or quality guarantee or complimentary re-cleaning.

Yes. Depending on the service, we can discuss specific rooms, areas or cleaning priorities when arranging your booking.

If the condition or scope of the property is significantly different from the information provided during booking, we will discuss the situation with you before proceeding with additional work.

We understand that plans change. If a booking is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled cleaning, the advance payment is non-refundable. If your plans change, postponement or rescheduling can be arranged subject to availability.

Yes. Uncle Cleaner Ltd. is fully insured and bonded to provide customers with additional peace of mind while our team is working on their property.

Applicable GST is charged extra in accordance with applicable tax requirements.

Yes. Depending on the service and information required, we can provide pricing information or a quote based on the details of your cleaning requirements.

Your live cleaning price is based on the selections you make in the booking form, such as the service, cleaning level, frequency, property details and selected add-ons. The applicable live price is displayed before you continue with the booking.

Yes. We handle commercial properties of different sizes. Enter the property details in the booking form to view the available options and live cleaning price, or contact Uncle Cleaner Ltd. if your property requires a custom scope or quotation.

Regular Cleaning is designed for routine maintenance and focuses on the selected regular-cleaning scope. Deep Cleaning is more detailed and intensive for areas that need additional attention. Depending on the booking, customers can also select Move In / Move Out Cleaning or Pro Deep Cleaning. Optional add-ons and the exact scope are shown during booking.
