How do I get an estimate for my office, store or home?
We offer free, no-obligation quotes! You can fill out our online booking form, or give us a call with details about your home, office or store and the type of cleaning you need.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most of our clients provide us with a key or an entry code. If you do plan to be home, we just ask that you give our team space to work efficiently.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We typically recommend booking at least one week in advance, but we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows.
The Cleaning Process
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes! Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade vacuums, mops, and cleaning solutions. If you have a specific product you’d prefer we use on a certain surface, just let us know.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Your home will be cleaned by our trained, vetted, and insured professional cleaners. For recurring services, we strive to send the same person or team each time so they become familiar with your preferences.
Are you pet-friendly?
Absolutely! We love pets. We just ask that you let us know if they have any "off-limits" areas or if they are prone to escaping when the door opens.
Payments & Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a small fee.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. For your peace of mind, our business is fully insured and bonded. We take the utmost care with your belongings, but we are covered in the unlikely event of an accident.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If we miss something or you aren't happy with a specific area, call us within 24 hours.

What is included in a "Deep Clean" vs. a "Standard Clean"?
A Standard Clean covers the essentials like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms. A Deep Clean goes further, including things like baseboards, inside windows, and detailed scrubbing of appliances.
Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning?
Yes! We specialize in "turnover" cleans to help you get your security deposit back or ensure your new home is sparkling before you unpack.
