Do I need to supply the cleaning products and equipment?

No, we bring all necessary eco-friendly cleaning supplies and commercial-grade vacuums. If you prefer us to use specific products on your surfaces, just leave them out and let us know.

Are your cleaners bonded, insured, and covered by WorkSafeBC?

Yes, absolutely. For your peace of mind, all our staff are fully bonded, carry liability insurance, and are covered under WorkSafeBC regulations.

How do I provide access to my property if I am not home?

Most clients provide a key code, lockbox combination, or arrange for a concierge to let us in. All keys and access codes are kept strictly confidential and secure.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
