Routine maintenance cleaning. No general dusting, shelves or table/TV-stand surface cleaning. Kitchen floor area only.
Regular Cleaning is a basic maintenance level for properties that are already reasonably maintained. It does not include general dusting, shelf or general surface cleaning, or table/TV-stand cleaning. In the kitchen, only the kitchen floor area is cleaned.
- Sweeping, vacuuming and routine mopping of accessible floor areas
- Regular washroom cleaning, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and accessible bathroom areas
- Kitchen floor area only
- No general dusting
- Shelves and general surfaces are not cleaned
- Tables and TV stands are not cleaned
- Emptying routine household or office trash where included in the booked service
- General tidying of the areas being cleaned

Semi Deep Cleaning
More detailed cleaning for moderate buildup. Small mats may be cleaned; rugs and mat washing/scrubbing are not included.
Semi Deep Cleaning includes the core tasks of Regular Cleaning with more detailed attention to dust, outer surfaces, wooden and tile floors, and commonly touched areas. Rug cleaning and mat/rug washing or scrubbing are not included. A few small mats may receive light cleaning where practical. A small number of dark stains may be considered, but this level is not designed for heavy stains or accumulated grime.

- Detailed dusting of all accessible outer surfaces
- Regular washroom cleaning where there is no accumulated grime
- Cleaning of outer shelf and surface areas
- Outer surface dusting of tables and TV stands
- Cleaning of accessible wooden and tile floors. Rug cleaning is not included; a few small mats may receive light cleaning where practical.
- Doors, handles, switches and high-touch areas
- Kitchen shelves, sink, and outer surfaces of kitchen cabinets and fridge
- Additional dust and buildup removal
- Extra attention to accessible corners, edges and detailed outer surfaces

Deep Cleaning
Detailed cleaning with greater attention to accumulated buildup, kitchen cabinets, fridge, shelves, corners and other included areas.
Deep Cleaning is intended for spaces that need substantially more detailed work than routine or semi-deep cleaning, including accumulated grime, darker stains and areas that are not normally addressed during maintenance visits.

- More detailed and thorough dusting throughout accessible areas
- Deep washroom cleaning, including accumulated grime
- Detailed cleaning of shelves, surfaces, accessible inside areas and corners
- Deep cleaning of tables and TV stands
- Window cleaning where safely accessible
- Glass surface cleaning where safely accessible
- Vacuuming of accessible rugs and mats
- Deep cleaning treatment for dark stains, with results depending on the surface and stain condition
- Detailed baseboard cleaning
- Detailed fixtures and accessible vents
- Door frames, switches and detailed touch points
- Detailed kitchen cleaning including inner and outer cabinet surfaces, fridge, shelves and accessible corners
- Detailed edges, corners and buildup removal
- Accessible areas behind or around movable items where practical
- Additional detailed cleaning based on the condition of the property

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
A complete move-ready reset with a cleaning scope more extensive than Deep Cleaning, designed for vacant or transitioning properties.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is positioned above Deep Cleaning because a moving property normally requires a broader reset, including detailed attention to areas that are often empty and fully accessible. It includes the major Deep Cleaning tasks plus additional move-specific detailing to help prepare the property for a new occupant, landlord inspection or handover.

- Detailed top-to-bottom cleaning of accessible bedrooms, living areas, hallways, closets and storage spaces
- Detailed floor cleaning with extra attention to edges, corners and areas exposed after furniture is removed
- Detailed washroom reset including toilets, sinks, mirrors, tubs, showers, fixtures and accessible buildup
- Detailed kitchen cleaning including inner and outer cabinet surfaces, accessible empty drawers, shelves and corners
- Refrigerator and oven interior cleaning where accessible and included in the booked scope
- Detailed cleaning of baseboards, doors, door frames, handles, switches and touch points
- Cleaning of reachable windows, interior glass, sills and tracks where safely accessible
- Detailed dust and residue removal from accessible surfaces
- Cleaning inside accessible empty closets, cupboards and storage areas
- Enhanced attention to marks, stains, grease and accumulated residue on a best-effort basis
- Detailed cleaning around and behind movable or removed items where safe and practical
- Final move-ready visual check of cleaned areas
- Vacant or mostly empty properties are strongly preferred for the best result.
- Old, permanent or very dark stains may not be removable 100%.

Pro Deep Cleaning
Extreme-detail cleaning for heavily soiled spaces, including steamer use where appropriate and safe.
Pro Deep Cleaning is Level 5 and the highest-intensity cleaning level, above both Deep Cleaning and Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning. It is intended for properties requiring maximum detail, extreme accumulated grime treatment and additional time.
- Everything generally included in Deep Cleaning, with maximum-intensity detailing
- Full deep cleaning and maximum-detail attention to reachable surfaces
- Extreme accumulated grime removal where safe and practical
- Extensive deep cleaning of shelves, surfaces, accessible inside areas and corners
- Deep cleaning of tables and TV stands
- Window cleaning where safely accessible
- Glass surface cleaning where safely accessible
- Proper vacuuming of accessible rugs and mats
- Extreme stain treatment where safe and practical
- Detailed doors, frames, baseboards, fixtures and edges
- Detailed kitchen and bathroom surfaces
- Steamer use where appropriate and safe
- Detailed accessible appliance exteriors and surrounding areas
- Additional attention to neglected or difficult areas
- Customized intensive cleaning based on property condition
- Very dark, old or permanent stains may not be removed 100%.
- Mat/rug scrubbing or washing is not included.
